Caroline Numina is from Stirling Station near Tennant Creek Northern Territory. She was taught by her aunties Kathleen and Gloria Petyarre, both highly respected artists. She now lives in Darwin.
Bush Medicine Dreaming depicts the leaves of a special plant that is used to aid in the healing process. The leaves are collected and then boiled to extract the resin from the leaves. after this resin is mixed with kangaroo fat collected from the kangaroos stomach.
